My name is Peter Helmer. Sales Lead Dynamics is my firm.
I work with b2b service professionals (consultants, accountants, and business owners). My clients want to grow but have neither the time nor staff for a sustained business development effort.
My mission is to generate more sales leads for my clients by:
- Getting referrals for them
- Finding prospects for them
- Increasing their visibility via speaking and writing and via the Internet
I play three roles: Consultant, Agent, and Coach (actually, more like a noodge)
As a consultant, I work with clients to find their niche. That means identifying the most appropriate target market and define the most appropriate services for that market.
Next, we create a message that will resonate with the target market. The message/positioning will be the foundation for all the marketing materials: website, brochure etc.
As an agent, I help my clients execute. I find referral sources and prospects. I book speaking and writing engagements. And I oversee the marketing effort.
As a coach/noodge, I keep my clients accountable for their own business development activities: networking, speaking, writing, and closing deals.
