Managing the System

Once we put the business development program in place, we need to schedule and track all the activities. The primary tool for this is the Business Development Calendar.

The calendar shows by week the various scheduled business development activities such as prospect meetings, networking meetings, speeches to be drafted, articles to be completed, blog posts etc. We set this up with you and then we track all the activities through weekly phone calls.

The goal is to give you a roadmap and a yardstick: a roadmap to guide your effort and a yardstick to measure your progress. The calendar is designed to meet your business development goals within your budget and available time.
